It isn't easy to become an Audley homecarer. Before they ever get to ask you questions, we ask them plenty about themselves - because we want to know they really care.
- The people we choose must show us the right academic qualifications. (Level 2 and 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care)
- They must have the most suitable personal qualities - some of which are evident, some hard to define (but plain when you meet them).
- They are continually assessed to make sure they meet the standards we expect.
- They are expected to gain new skills where appropriate, and learn them in the company of people they care for.
- Our people are our own. They know and care the Audley way, and do the right thing for you.

If you need advice or help on a more complex care condition we can put you in touch with the right people to offer support and advice not just to you but for the whole family.
Similarly, you get not only the best guidance on food and nutrition, but the right advice for your personal situation.
As far as possible, we won't chop and change the people who come into your home, so you can get to know them and they get to know you. You can trust them 100% and feel completely comfortable in their company.
