Your first steps on a journey of care
As soon as you join the Audley Group, we enrol you in the Audley Academy. This is the training and development arm of Audley.
The Academy's responsibility is to take you on a learning journey, giving you every chance and encouragement to be the best you can possibly be.
The people who train you are either fully qualified trainers or working towards professional recognition.
From your induction, they support you closely, and guide your progress through the ranks (with your pay matching your commitment and achievement) until one day you could be a manager.

Uniquely, we are an accredited training centre with Ascentis, our awarding body.
So it's like getting a respected education in the areas you care about and where you want to learn - which may not have been your experience at school or college.
The Academy is also committed to becoming the premium senior living provider, offering a combined syllabus of luxury hospitality and quality care.

Funding for your future
We have recently secured funding from the National Employment Service to assist in the completion of NVQ qualifications, along with a national contract with Skills for Care and its Training Strategy Implementation Funding.
What's more, we fully support you if you want to undertake additional outside training. A company is only as good as its people. If you want to make yourself better, it makes us better, too.
