We choose properties in substantial grounds in desirable locations, creating an exclusive country club in the main building, then adding a number of beautifully designed apartments and cottages around it.

Our residents own their homes and enjoy full membership of the Audley Club. The result is a genuine village, complete with its own facilities and 24-hour security, yet also forming part of the wider local community.

A crucial part of the Audley approach to retirement living is that, as well as developing our villages, we manage them ourselves - to ensure that everything runs smoothly and our residents' needs are met.
