The care you need, the way you want it.

We can't stress too strongly that with Audley, homecare is a very personal matter; the service we provide is entirely dependent on your individual circumstances and preferences.

Perhaps you just need a hand for a week or two, following an illness or hospital stay. Or maybe you need longer term support to maintain your independence. Whatever your situation, our first step will be to meet you and discuss your requirements. We’ll use the information you give us to draw up an agreed plan - so that we'll always be clear about what you expect from us. At this stage we'll also tell you exactly how much our services will cost.

Some of the main types of help and support around the home that we often provide include:

• Help with washing
• Getting dressed and undressed
• Changing bed linen
• Preparing food
• Help with eating and drinking
• Laundry and ironing
• Washing up
• Vacuuming and cleaning
• Assistance with getting up and going to bed
• Help with administration of medication
• Any other household tasks

But what you may not realise is that we can also help you outside your home. For example, we can go shopping with you (or for you), take you to appointments, post your letters or even walk the dog.

Above all, we make it a priority to do things the way that suits you best. If you want help getting up at 8am and going to bed at 10pm, then that's when we'll call. We don't expect you to change your routine just to make things easier for us. With us, it's all about you.

We'll have an idea which of our team would be best suited to you, but if you don't like someone, you just have to say.
