Audley are to create a new village in the heart of Edgbaston, the prime residential area within Birmingham. In partnership with the Calthorpe Estate, Audley will create a high quality retirement village centered around two Georgian villas typical of Calthorpe’s property within the Estate. To the rear lie playing fields with fine views of the city whilst Church Road to the front offers easy access into the city centre and the many attractions of Edgbaston including the Botanical gardens, cricket ground, golf and tennis clubs.
Our aim is to commence works early in 2011, subject to Audley receiving all the necessary consents, with the first residents taking occupation a year later. The village will comprise of approximately 90 apartments, as well as the usual Audley Club facilities.

College Road, Great Malvern – Coming 2012
Ellerslie Lodge forms part of the former preparatory school to Malvern College. The splendid Victorian mansion sits in the heart of the landscaped parkland setting providing stunning views over the Vale of Evesham. The house will form the centre piece of a new retirement village of approximately 80 apartments and will offer the usual Audley Club facilities including bar, bistro, restaurant and health and well-being centre.
Subject to the necessary planning approvals, the project will commence early in 2011 with the first residents due to move in towards the end of that year.

Binswood Avenue, Leamington Spa – Coming 2012
Binswood Hall was formerly North Leamington College and is located in the heart of the Royal Leamington Spa conservation area. It is a short walk from the fine shopping and leisure facilities of Leamington Spa, including the famous Pump Rooms. The restored Victorian gothic hall will form the centrepiece of a new retirement village of approximately 90 apartments, built to the usual exacting Audley standards. The hall will also provide the Audley Club House and health and well-being centre to ensure a high quality lifestyle for residents.
All necessary consents have now been received and construction is due to commence in the latter part of 2010 with the first residents due to take occupation towards the end of 2011.

Inglewood, Kintbury, Hungerford – Coming 2011
The reconstructed Inglewood will sit in the heart of Audley’s new village just outside Kintbury in the glorious West Berkshire countryside. The village will have 45 acres of its own land and will consist of approximately 90 apartments and cottages. The Audley Club and health and well-being centre will form the centre piece of what will be a superb village in an excellent location.
All consents are in place and construction is due to commence in the Autumn of 2010 with the first residents moving in a year later.
