Audley Free Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

  1. The prize draw is open to all UK and ROI residents aged 18 and over, with the exception of the Promoter’s employees, their immediate families or anyone connected with the promotion.
  2. No purchase is necessary.
  3. Entry to the draw is free. Registering details on the website or by telephone constitutes as an entry. Only one entry per person.
  4. Late entries will not be accepted. Responsibility cannot be accepted for entries delayed due to technical or connectivity problems.
  5. Draws will be made on the following dates: 29th March 2012 and 12th of April 2012. Registrations must be received before midnight on the night before each draw in order to be entered into the prize draw. Registrations received after this date will still be accepted for further information on products, developments or services. The Promoter reserves the right to revise these dates and extend the period for accepting entries to the prize draw in the event of circumstances arising beyond its reasonable control. Additional draws may be added at a later date.
  6. One entry drawn at random will receive a Marks and Spencer’s (M&S) gift card to the value of £100 GPB.
  7. The winner will be notified by email or telephone within one week of the prize draw.
  8. The prize is as stated and there is no alternative prize or cash substitute.
  9. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  10. The winner agrees to participate in publicity accompanying or resulting from the promotion. No additional compensation will be awarded for such promotional activities.
  11. If the prize is declined or if the winner forfeits the prize under these terms and conditions, then the Promoter may at its absolute discretion draw an alternative winner.
  12. The name of the winner will be available by sending a stamped addressed envelope to Audley Court Limited, Swan Court, Kingsbury Crescent, Staines, Middlesex TW18 3BA within 8 weeks of the draw date.
  13. The Promoter reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions or cancel the prize draw at any stage in the event of circumstances arising beyond its reasonable control.
  14. By entering the prize draw, entrants will be deemed to be bound by and have accepted the terms and conditions.
  15. English law applies and the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any proceedings in connection with this promotion.
