Audley Clevedon Retirement Village Completed

5 October 2016

Nestled amongst the Yorkshire Dales in the village of Ben Rhydding, just two miles from the beautiful spa town of Ilkley, is Audley Clevedon - with 90 luxury retirement properties.

The first properties at Clevedon were completed in 2009 for Elmsley Lodge, closely followed by Clevedon House, the centrepiece of the village which opened in February 2010. Once a Victorian schoolhouse, it has been carefully restored to house the Clevedon Restaurant, bar/bistro, library, swimming pool and health & wellbeing centre as well as luxury apartments and an Audley Care branch. Subsequent phases saw the village grow with Padgett Court opening in 2013, Conyers View in December 2015 and most recently Wharfedale Grange.

Now complete and with only two properties remaining, Clevedon offers its owners a variety of monthly social events and exercise classes which are all part of the Audley Club, as well as providing professional care services for owners and those in the local area.
