Audley St Elphin’s Park, the luxury retirement village situated in the Derbyshire Dales, celebrated the completion of its final phases of properties with an event on Thursday 28th September. The final phase of the village brings the total number of properties at the village to 127.

Nick Sanderson, CEO of Audley Retirement, welcomed guests including Audley owners, staff and members of the local community to celebrate the completion with a champagne reception and a sumptuous lunch prepared by Head Chef Richard Spencer and his team.

Situated in 14 acres in the heart of the Derbyshire Dales, Audley St Elphin’s Park is home to 127 cottages and apartments, centred round the restored Victorian Gothic School St Elphin’s House. This centrepiece building is home to the Audley Club, which offers luxury facilities including a library, swimming pool and restaurant. Retaining all of the character and majesty of the original building, the Audley Club is open to both owners and the local community.

Nick Sanderson, CEO of Audley Retirement, said: “We are proud to celebrate the completion of Audley St Elphin’s Park today, and the result is testament to the dedication of everyone who has been involved with the village in some way since we started the development. We welcomed our first owners in 2008, and the community today is certainly everything we hoped it would be. We are certain that owners, both current and future, will enjoy living here and that Audley St Elphin’s Park will continue to be a key part of the local area.”
