First Owners Move into Ellerslie

Posted in News on 17th March 2017

The first phase of Audley Ellerslie has now been completed and owners are starting to move in. Phase one consists of seventeen apartments located within the converted teaching blocks of what was formerly Ellerslie Girls School.

The Ellerslie mansions were built in 1855 and are situated in the historic spa town of Great Malvern. Once a water cure establishment of Doctor Edward and Walter Johnson, they were visited by key figures such as Charles Darwin and Florence Nightingale. These splendid buildings later became a preparatory school for girls in the 1920s before becoming part of the prestigious Malvern College. Ellerslie Village offers stunning views that stretch 40 miles across Worcestershire through to the Cotswolds and down towards the Bristol Channel.

Phase two of Audley Ellerslie follows in early 2018 and will consist of a further 84 luxury retirement apartments and the central facilities. To assist with downsizing, Audley offer a range of services and work with commercial partners to help new owners quickly setting in to their new live at Audley.
