Audley Care Job Vacancies 

  • Senior Carer

We are looking for a Senior Carer where you will be working within the community in the clients own home around your home location..

The Senior Carer will effectively supervise the Carers to deliver exceptional care in line with the Care Certificate and to achieve and maintain a compliant standard incorporating outstanding levels of customer service. To ensure that all mentoring documentation is fully completed, updated and signed where required.

Previous experience in the care sector is essential along with a working knowledge of IT systems. Applicants must be qualified or working towards a Health and Social Care Level 3 Diploma. It will be a contracted role working 5 days over 7 days on shift patterns of; 6.30 a.m. – 2.30 p.m. and 14.30 pm. – 10.30 pm.

The ideal candidate will possess good organisational skills and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. We are looking for proven experience in delivering high standards and a working knowledge of managing teams. Current UK Driving license essential.

Club & Restaurant Job Vacancies 

  • Commis Chef

We are currently looking for a Commis Chef to join our new luxury Retirement Village at Chalfont Dene. 

As a Commis Chef you will be required to assist the senior members of the kitchen brigade in the preparation and service of food for the Restaurant, Bistro, Bar and Lounge service ensuring that residents, club members and the general public are offered a first class dining experience. Working directly under the Head Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high quality meals. Duties will also include maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Ideal candidates will possess good communication and interpersonal skills, a friendly manner, a passion for being of service and will take pride in everything from their personal appearance to their workplace environment.

You will be able to demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills and have the ability to work proactively as part of a team.

Hours of Work will be between 8am-8pm so flexibility is required.

  • Restaurant Manager

We are currently looking for a Restaurant Manager to join our new Lytton Restaurant at Chalfont Dene, Chalfont St. Peters.

This vital role will involve responsibility for assisting in the day to day running and supervision of the Food and Beverage operation.

Responsibilities include:

  • Working closely with the Club Services Manager to ensure highest possible standards are met
  • Stock ordering for the bar/bistro
  • Checking cost control reports and being fully aware of the internal organisation of the catering department
  • Managing and training team members

You must be confident in communicating effectively with colleagues and residents and enjoy working in a busy environment.

Ideal candidates will possess experience in a similar environment and have sound knowledge of food and beverage products. Also, working with stock control systems would be an advantage.

  • Food & Beverage Assistant

We are looking for an enthusiastic Food & Beverage Assistant to join our front of house team for our new retirement village.

Food & Beverage Assistant will ensure that residents, club members and the general public are served efficiently and professionally within our luxury retirement village.

Duties will include being part of our waiting on team, as well as keeping a clean and safe environment, maintaining stock levels, till operation and cash handling. This is a full time position working 5 over 7 days with hours that include evenings and weekends. Part time hours are also available.

The ability to work on your own initiative and to recognise guest’s needs is essential.  Recognising potential sales opportunities and having the personality and commitment to offer five star and friendly service levels is also desired. (full training will be given to the successful candidate).

The ideal candidate for the role will possess good communication and interpersonal skills, a friendly and approachable manner, a passion for excellent service and will take pride in everything from their personal appearance to their workplace environment.

Previous experience within a similar role is desirable but not essential.
