  • Food and Beverage Assistant

We are looking for an enthusiastic Food & Beverage Assistant to join our new and expanding organisation.

A Food & Beverage Assistant will ensure that residents, club members and the general public are served efficiently and professionally within our luxury retirement village.

Duties will include reception responsibilities, food and beverage service and health club assistance, as well as keeping a clean and safe environment, maintaining stock levels, till operation and cash handling. This is a full time position working 5 over 7 days with hours that include evenings and weekends. 

The ability to work on your own initiative and to recognise guest’s needs is essential.  Recognising potential sales opportunities and having the personality and commitment to offer five star and friendly service levels is also desired. (full training will be given to the successful candidate).

The ideal candidate for the role will possess good communication and interpersonal skills, a friendly and approachable manner, a passion for excellent service and will take pride in everything from their personal appearance to their workplace environment.

Previous experience within a similar role is desirable but not essential.

  • Evening Carer

The Role

  • As an Evening you will be working within the community of Wootton Bassett and Lyneham areas in the clients own home.
  • You will usually be working one to one providing all aspects of care.

 You will assist them with:

  • Personal Care - washing, dressing, toileting and medication.
  • Domestic Support - cooking, laundry, vacuuming, polishing and any tasks they may need doing around the home to help support independent living.
  • Emotional Care - offer emotional support and companionship.
  • Social Outings Support - taking to and from doctors/hospital appointments as well as any activities they have planned.

  • Senior Carer

We are looking for a Senior Carer where you will be working within the community in the clients own home around your home location.

The Senior Carer will effectively supervise the Carers to deliver exceptional care in line with the Care Certificate and to achieve and maintain a compliant standard incorporating outstanding levels of customer service. To ensure that all mentoring documentation is fully completed, updated and signed where required.

Previous experience in the care sector is essential along with a working knowledge of IT systems. Applicants must be qualified or working towards a Health and Social Care Level 3 Diploma. It will be a contracted role working 5 days over 7 days on shift patterns of; 6.30 a.m. – 2.30 p.m. and 14.30 pm. – 10.30 pm.

The ideal candidate will possess good organisational skills and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. We are looking for proven experience in delivering high standards and a working knowledge of managing teams. Current UK Driving license essential.

If you have previously worked as a Care Co-ordinator or a Senior Carer then we would like to hear from you. You will work closely with the Deputy Branch Manager and be jointly responsible for the overall administration of the branch. Candidates will also be accountable for supervising team members to ensure the delivery of outstanding customer service.

  • assisting in managing the recruitment and development of team members
  • compiling care team rotas
  • ensuring care plans are created and delivered correctly
  • the motivation and development of staff
  • ensuring relevant risk assessments are undertaken

The key purpose of the role is to ensure that residents, club members and the general public are served efficiently and professionally in this first class establishment.

This involves having a thorough knowledge of reception, concierge and administrative duties, although training will be given to the successful candidates, an ability to recognise guests needs and sales opportunities and having the personality to offer five star and friendly service levels. Duties will also include keeping a clean and safe environment, maintaining stock levels, cash handling and other standard Reception duties.

Ideal candidates will possess good communication and interpersonal skills, working knowledge of front of house systems, a friendly manner, a passion for being of service and will take pride in everything from their personal appearance to their workplace environment.

Previous experience within a similar environment is desirable as would a current first aid qualification.  You must have good working knowledge of all Microsoft office programmes.  The applicant must have a clean UK driving licence and a car is essential.
