  • Personal Care Assistant

As a Personal Assistant you will be working within the community in the clients own home. Our clients are mainly elderly. You will usually be working one to one providing all aspects of care. You will see a number of clients throughout the day and you will generally assist them with Personal Care, Domestic Support, Emotional Care and Social Outings Support.

Live in Care 

We are looking for caring individuals to join us as Live In Carers supporting our customers' day to day needs and enabling them to remain as independent as possible within their own homes. 
Our Live In Carers provide companionship and help in domestic tasks such as cooking, shopping and ironing. In addition there will also be some personal care support, for example; assistance getting in and out of bed, dressing and washing. 

This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to develop skills in the care sector. Board and meals are paid for. We also offer great rates of pay, simply health plan, paid mileage, paid CRB and training and Uniform. The role does require a full driving licence.

  • Senior Carer

We are looking for a Senior Carer where you will be working within the community in the clients own home around your home location.

The Senior Carer will effectively supervise the Carers to deliver exceptional care in line with the Care Certificate and to achieve and maintain a compliant standard incorporating outstanding levels of customer service. To ensure that all mentoring documentation is fully completed, updated and signed where required.

Previous experience in the care sector is essential along with a working knowledge of IT systems. Applicants must be qualified or working towards a Health and Social Care Level 3 Diploma. It will be a contracted role working 5 days over 7 days on shift patterns of; 6.30 a.m. – 2.30 p.m. and 14.30 pm. – 10.30 pm.

The ideal candidate will possess good organisational skills and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. We are looking for proven experience in delivering high standards and a working knowledge of managing teams. Current UK Driving license essential.
