Audley Inglewood was set the task of completing a full distance triathlon, consisting of a 2.4 mile swim, a 112 mile cycle and a 26.2 mile run over the course of the weekend. However, owners, staff and members of the local community broke through this, clocking up a grand total of 225 miles. Partaking in a range of activities, the team at Audley Inglewood swam 7.8 miles, ran 59 miles and cycled an impressive 178 miles, raising a grand total of £654.96 for Sport Relief.

As part of Britain’s aim to get the nation active, Sport Relief is a national event to get people moving for a good cause. It encourages everyone to get involved in any way they can from sponsored runs, swims and cycles to taking part and donating to Sport Relief-run events.

Debbie Paggett, Village Manager at Audley Inglewood, said: “It was a brilliant event - not only have we raised funds for an amazing cause, we’ve also encouraged more people – owners, staff and members of the community - to get active. It was great to see everyone get into the spirit and really enjoy the challenge.”

Mrs Farage, Owner at Audley Inglewood who took part in the swimming: “It was fantastic to see all our hard work pay off and to raise such a lot of money for a great cause. We’re already looking forward to getting involved in the next event at Inglewood House.”

Audley Inglewood broke ground on the third and final phase of its development in January 2015 with 24 two-bedroomed apartments and nine two-bedroomed cottages. This final phase, known as Eaton Mews and Lime Tree Court, will be cottages and apartments located in the grounds behind Inglewood House. Audley Inglewood is over 80% sold, with properties due for completion Spring / Summer 2016.
