Audley St Elphin's Park breaks ground on latest phase

Posted in News on 18th September 2014

Audley St Elphin’s Park, the luxury retirement village situated in the Derbyshire Dales, has commenced work on the third phase of development, with the construction of 15 new two and three bedroom apartments. Already over 50% of the final phase properties have been reserved for sale. The development will be named Kennedy Court, after a house at the school formerly at the site.

All of the apartments in this third phase of development offer private balconies or terraces, with those facing South West enjoying views over the Derbyshire dales, and the high quality fixtures and fittings that are present in all Audley developments, from Villeroy & Boch sanitary ware to SieMatic kitchens.

This third phase of development at St Elphin’s Park will bring the total number of properties at the village to 72. It includes loving restoration of parts of the original school buildings, including the turret, which has been integrated into the property so that Kennedy Court is in keeping with its surroundings.

Nick Sanderson, CEO Audley, said: “Starting work on the third phase of building at St Elphin’s park is hugely exciting for all. We look forward to completing the development and welcoming new owners to what has already become a thriving new community living in an area of outstanding natural beauty.”

Nick Sanderson continued: “The Audley proposition is designed for the aspirations of the older demographic, providing exceptional quality living and the lifestyle that this discerning audience deserve. Alongside high design and the Audley Club, with restaurant, swimming pool, gym and more, we offer flexible care and support as and when owners need it. This means the Audley home is truly the owner’s for life.”
