Today, Nick Sanderson, CEO Audley Retirement, alongside Richard Ashworth, President of the Leamington Society and Stephen Beechey, Group Investment Director Watesofficially broke ground on the Audley Binswood development. This marks the first step in renovating and restoring the magnificent building and opening the doors to a new community.

Nick Sanderson, CEO, Audley Retirement, said: “We are hugely excited to get this new development underway and are encouraged by the warm reception from the local community who hold Binswood Hall very dear. We are determined to continue to provide high quality, luxury living for those in later life, and enable them to live a happier, healthier and independent retirement.”

Audley Binswood Hall is located in the heart of the Royal Leamington Spa conservation area, on the former site of North Leamington College. The fine shopping and leisure facilities of Leamington Spa are located nearby, as are the famous Pump Rooms. The Audley Club will be located in the restored Victorian gothic hall, which will form the centrepiece of the 90 apartment Village.

The new Audley village will offer high quality apartments to the over 55 community and a whole host of facilities for residents and public alike. Located in the main house, the Audley club will include a gym, swimming pool, as well as a restaurant, bistro and library.

Audley Villages help people in later life enjoy a full and vibrant retirement, taking control of where they live and remaining independent and active. Binswood Hall is the perfect environment for anyone to live out their ambitions for older age in splendid and historic surroundings.
