Mote House Stars of 2015

Audley Mote House employees Arman Ramos, Allison Earle and Craig Brighten have all received recognition for their outstanding contributions at Audley Retirement Villages’ annual awards ceremony.  

Arman Ramos, Club Services Supervisor was presented with the ‘Hospitality Star’ award for the second time in three years, in recognition of his excellent work ethic and relationships with both co-workers and customers. Allison Earle, Personal Care Assistant, was named ‘Care Star of the Year’ for always going above and beyond in treating everyone as individuals and making them feel special. Finally, Gardener Craig Brighten’s can do attitude and willingness to help wherever he can to develop all the grounds at Mote House to an exceptional standard led the judges to name him ‘Back of House’ on the night.

Arman said: “To be recognised for this award for the second time is a really proud moment for me. I love my job at Audley – every day is different and has its challenges but I know I’m always working with a great and supportive team.”
