Padgett Court Now Open

Padgett Court, the newest phase of development at Audley Clevedon, officially opened its doors on Wednesday 25th September 2013.

The event was hosted by Nick Sanderson, Chief Executive of Audley Retirement and attended by Kris Hopkins, MP for Keighley and Ilkley. Mr Hopkins, who has represented the constituency in Parliament since 2010, officially opened the new building and marked the occasion with a speech celebrating the investment that Audley has brought to the area.

Further VIP guests at the ceremony included R.Ll. Whittaker, DL HM Coroner, Deputy Lord Lieutenant of West Yorkshire, Cllr Mike Gibbons, Chairman of Ilkley Parish Council, Cllr Martin Smith, Cllr Lexa Robinson, Cllr Stephen Butler, Cllr David Nuttall, Cllr Sylvia Tilford (Secretary), and Cllr Peter Ward.

The Padgett Court development offers 26 beautiful, high quality apartments for over 55s, which will further add to the already thriving community at Clevedon. The crowning glories of Padgett Court are the two Penthouse apartments offering stunning views of the nearby dales through the floor to ceiling glass windows and balconies.
