Tricks and Tea at August Garden Party

Posted in News on 2nd September 2014

The Orangery Restaurant and Terrace was the scene for the St Elphin's Park Summer Garden Party last month at which over 100 owners and guests attended.

Throughout the day, Tamsin of Bakewell Physiotherapy gave an informative talk about posture and exercise whilst a number of village owners held demonstrations showcasing their crafts to the visitors.

A delicious Summer Tea was served up to guests by Chef Ray and his team before guests were treated to the outstanding sounds of fifteen-year old Laura-Rose Gee on the harp and later into the afternoon, the mind-boggling trickery and mind reading of TV magician, Nick Rushton.
