Village Manager joins Audley Chalfont Dene
We're pleased to announce that Audley Chalfont Dene has appointed Richard Petrik as its Village Manager, ahead of welcoming the first owners at the end of 2015.
Richard will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the village and will be the main point of contact for all owners.
As the village is nearing the end of the construction of the first phase of properties, he will be primarily focussed for the next few months on the recruitment of approximately 30 colleagues from hospitality to maintenance staff - including Head Chef and kitchen team, restaurant and Audley Club staff, facilities manager and gardeners.
Richard brings 15 years’ experience in the hospitality industry. He spent five years at the hotel group De Vere, progressing from Food & Beverage Manager to Operations Manager, during which he was selected for the De Vere Academy on both the Future Management Stars and later the Senior Management development programme. He left De Vere in 2013 to join Qhotels as Operations Manager, where he was instrumental in the hotel group winning AA hotel group of the year.
Richard Petrik, commented: “I’m incredibly proud to be Audley Chalfont Dene’s first Village Manager and I’m looking forward to growing the rest of the team and watching the village come to life. I’ve always had a passion for hospitality and I know I am joining a company that places exceptional customer service at its heart. My ongoing role will allow me to maintain this ethos and bring that 5* service to all of our new owners once the village is up and running.”
Richard will also oversee the Audley Club, situated at the centre of the village in the beautiful Chalfont House, which will be home to the outstanding facilities such as the swimming pool, health club, restaurant and bar/bistro as well as the lounge, library and studio.
With 85% of the first phase sold, Audley Chalfont Dene has recently launched the plans for the second and final phase of development. To find out more and to book a private appointment, please call 01494 258 888.
