Come along with your friends and family to enjoy this festive themed menu which is available for tables of six or more

Starters

Homemade tomato basil and parmesan soup with herb butter fried croutons

Smoked salmon and chive pate served with freshly prepared melba toast

Goat's cheese pancetta and red onion chutney tartlet with a mixed leaf salad 

Main Courses

Bacon basted Kentish turkey breast with pancetta cocktail sausages,  Chef's chestnut and sausage meat stuffing, roasted potatoes, seasonal vegetables and cranberry sauce

Grilled gilthead sea bream served with sauce vierge, green beans and garlic butter sautéed crushed new potatoes

Slow roasted shoulder of pork with Chef's mixed herb and spice rub served with apple and cider jus, duck fat roasted potatoes and seasonal vegetables

Ratatouille stuffed courgette with a mornay sauce and triple cheese gratin served with sautéed new potatoes

Desserts

Christmas pudding brandy flambéed and served with brandy sauce

Chef's fresh fruit salad of papaya mango and a trio of melon

Chocolate fudge brownie served with chocolate sauce and vanilla ice cream
